(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a tweet yesterday, Joe Biden once again made it clear he has set his sites on outlawing as many guns as possible while taking on the National Rifle Association and the millions of Americans who believe the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution is sacred and protects their gun rights.
While trumpeting the fact that his administration, along with almost every congressional Democrat and a smattering of congressional Republicans, recently “passed the first significant new gun safety legislation in nearly 30 years in this country,” Biden said he will now work to ban so-called assault weapons, saying “I did it once before, and we are going to do it again.”

Biden was almost immediately quote-tweeted by Fred Guttenberg, the father of one of the children slain at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14, 2018.

But, conservatives immediately pushed back, including United States Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, a Colorado Republican, who tweeted:
Biden promised an assault weapons ban if Democrats control Congress after the midterms.
He may as well promise two scoops of free ice cream to everyone since that is NOT happening.
Americans are going to show Democrats the door in November.
