While the court’s order stopping Biden is not yet permanent, many legal experts believe that if the case against Biden rises all the way to the United States Supreme Court, it will become the law of the land. After all, former President Donald J. Trump appointed enough conservative Supreme Court justices during his four years in office to give conservatives a majority on the court.
Currently, the case is in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. That court, in issuing an “emergency stay” of Biden’s mandate as dictated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), determined legally that the order raises “grave statutory and constitutional issues.”
Legal experts report that the language used by the court in issuing the stay indicates that the court is leaning towards granting a permanent injunction against the Biden administration that would stop OSHA from fining businesses that don’t force employees to get vaccinated.
Conservatives and libertarians believe that would be a huge victory for fundamental freedom and liberty in the United States.
