(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Outraged US Border Patrol agents blasted President Joe Biden for declaring that he wouldn’t visit the Southern Border amid the illegal immigration crisis “because there are more important things going on.”
Biden’s remark came as he was preparing to leave the nation’s capital to visit Phoenix, Arizona, for a new manufacturing investment announcement.
Customs and Border Patrol estimates and data indicate that nearly 6 million illegal immigrants have crossed into the US since Joe Biden entered the White House 22 months ago – including more than 1 million gotaways who sneak in undetected.
Biden’s comment on how he had “more important things” that occupied his time than the illegal immigration crisis at the border infuriated US border agents, The Daily Caller reported.
“MORE IMPORTANT THINGS? This is HIS disaster, he created this catastrophe. The border crisis is a total breach of National Security. Give me a f***ing break…,” one border agent said.
“I can’t wait for this clown to be out of office. He’s straight up in denial,” the Border Patrol officer added.
Another border agent told the news outlet the Democrat president’s remarks were “another example of how delusional he is.”
“It’s in their narrative to downplay the destabilization of the US. What could possibly be more important than criminals and terrorists infiltrating the country and tens of thousands of fentanyl overdoses, mostly being young adults,” the law enforcement officer elaborated.
Last fiscal year, which ended on September 30, US authorities caught 98 illegal immigrants on the government’s terrorism watch list, up from zero in the 2019 fiscal year.
US border guards also detained almost 800 gang members in the 2022 fiscal year.
“I’d ask Biden what’s more important than the worst immigration crisis in US history. I’d also ask if 3 suicides in a matter of weeks is normal,” commented a third Border Patrol agent.
The officer was referring to the three suicides among Border Patrol agents, which occurred within three weeks last month.
Brandon Judd, the head of the National Border Patrol Council, accused President Joe Biden of preferring to serve his own political goals to securing the nation’s border.
“The President’s most fundamental job is the safety and security of the American people. He’s failing. With a record number of people and dangerous drugs flowing across our borders, the President owes it to this country to go to the border and develop a strategy of security,” Judd said.
“Unfortunately, President Biden’s record speaks for itself. He cares more about politics than American lives,” the NBPC chief added.
