(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Leaving no doubts as to the nature of the Biden-Harris administration and that of a potential new Democrat one led by Kamala Harris, GOP US Rep. James Comer has declared Joe Biden to be the “most corrupt president” in the nation’s history.
House Oversight Committee Chair Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, declared on Newsmax that President Joe Biden will be held accountable for influence peddling, particularly if Donald Trump reassumes the presidency.
This announcement follows the release of a report by the House’s three-committee impeachment inquiry on Monday, which accused Biden of “engaged in impeachable conduct.”
This includes alleged “abuse of power” during his vice-presidential tenure and “obstruction of justice” as president, aimed at concealing his family’s involvement in a “global influence peddling racket” intended to defraud the U.S.
Comer noted that Biden’s family members allegedly received over $35 million through various payments and loans connected to this scheme.
During an appearance on “Wake Up America,” Comer was questioned about the likelihood of Biden facing repercussions for his purportedly unlawful actions.
“I think you’re going to see if Donald Trump wins the presidency and puts in a real attorney general who is fair. I think you’re going to see lots of charges, not just against Biden family members, but also people in the government who were involved in the cover up,” he stated to co-hosts Sharla McBride and Jon Glasgow.
Comer further expressed his belief that Biden and his relatives will confront charges related to alleged deceit, establishment of shell companies, and money laundering, irrespective of a second Trump presidency.
He mentioned that special counsel David Weiss is poised to reveal further findings soon.
“He included in his tax evasion charge an unregistered foreign agents charge from the money that Hunter Biden took from Romania while Joe Biden was vice president. We found that no one knew about that money from Romania. Over $1 million that we found when we got access to those bank violations in the Treasury. There was a bank violation for a suspicious wire from Romania to a shell company of the Bidens. That’s how we found that,” Comer explained.
The expectation for increased cooperation from government agencies with the ongoing Biden investigation was also emphasized by Comer.
“I think now you’re going to see a lot of these government agencies that have been obstructing our investigation, start releasing information that we’ve been requested,” he observed.
He pointed to a recent instance involving the State Department, which acknowledged having an email evidencing Hunter Biden’s attempt to assist a client in Europe during his time on the board of Burisma, amid the Obama-Biden administration.
Comer predicted that this investigation would unfold much like the story surrounding Hunter Biden’s laptop, with the truth eventually coming to light.
