(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In what seems like an outrageous crackdown on conservative Americans, independent journalist Christina Urso, who uses the professional moniker Radix Verum, has disclosed that Bank of America unexpectedly terminated her bank account.

Urso, known for her investigative work, notably on the FBI’s role in the Governor Whitmer kidnapping plot, aired her grievances on the social media platform X.

Urso’s statements on X highlighted that the account closure was unanticipated and lacked a transparent justification from the bank’s risk management team, WND reports.

She articulated that despite her longstanding patronage, she was suddenly denied access to her assets and was merely informed that a check reflecting her account balance would be mailed to her, albeit without a specified timeline.

“So Bank of America has decided to ‘terminate’ their business relationship with me. Their ‘risk department’ made this determination for literally no reason. I have been with them for years. This is clearly because of my documentary and my critical reporting. They won’t tell me why. They won’t allow me access to my bank account or to the funds. They are telling me I will get a ‘check in the mail’ but they won’t say when I can expect it. I am traveling at the end of this month for my documentary. Now I have no funds. They wouldn’t say when the check will come. I have a documentary film shoot in less than two weeks and I have crew members I need to pay, etc.,” Urso disclosed.

Additionally, Urso recounted an interaction at a bank branch where she attempted to address the issue. During this encounter, she engaged in seemingly innocuous dialogue with an employee about her profession, which she now suspects might have influenced the risk department’s decision to close her account.

“Here is a video of the bank employee – who was very kind btw and just doing her job – informing us about the decision by the ‘risk department’ to terminate the account for no reason.”

In a video, Urso elaborated on her situation, voicing her concerns that the closure is linked to her critical investigative reporting and the forthcoming documentary on the FBI’s questionable actions in the Whitmer “Fednapping” case.

The FBI enlisted at least 12 informants in the Michigan Whitmer kidnapping plot, involving 6 defendants and 12 informants.

Urso described the ordeal as “disturbing,” reflecting on past instances where Bank of America relayed customer data to federal authorities post-January 6 Capitol events.

In 2021, The Gateway Pundit reported that Bank of America scrutinized customers’ data and transaction histories, providing this information to the FBI post-Capitol riot, under government directive, unbeknownst to the clients involved. Bank of America monitored for:

  • Presence in DC between January 5 and 6,
  • Hotel stays or AirBnB reservations in DC, Virginia, or Maryland post-January 6,
  • Airline-related purchases post-January 6,
  • Weapons purchases post-January 7 up until the anticipated DC stay around Inauguration Day.

Urso urged her audience to disseminate information about her predicament and to support her documentary project financially to mitigate the economic impact of the account closure.

Furthermore, the practice of “debanking” is not confined to Urso.

Conservative election fraud attorney Dr. John Eastman also experienced sudden account closures by Bank of America and USAA, as noted by The Daily Caller.

Despite transferring his funds due to concerns over political advocacy, both of his federally insured accounts were shut within two months.

These closures align with a broader pattern of financial ostracization faced by political figures and entities, exemplified by The Gateway Pundit’s PayPal ban and Nigel Farage’s banking challenges in the UK.
