(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Late yesterday, in a blow to the vaccine-hesitant and American Patriots who’ve had questions about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines since the federal government first authorized them with an Emergency Use Authorization classification during the presidential administration – and who believe that the government should not be able to “mandate” vaccines in a free republic – a federal appeals court gave Joe Biden the greenlight to enforce his COVID-19 vaccine mandate on large employers.
The ruling overturns a lower federal court judge’s opinion that determined Biden did not have the constitutional authority to force vaccines through administration orders.
Specifically, according to The Washington Times:
“A federal appeals court panel on Friday allowed President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for larger private employers to move ahead.
“The 2-1 decision by a panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati reversed a decision by a federal judge in a separate court that had paused the mandate nationwide.
“The rule from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration was to take effect Jan. 4. With Friday’s ruling, it’s not clear when the requirement may be put in place. Republican state attorneys general and business groups said they would appeal Friday’s decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.” [emphasis added]
That last sentence is key.
Now, the Supreme Court will be put to the test by “Republican state attorneys general and business groups” to see if it will side with them and rule that Biden does not have the authority to force his “mandate” on private employers in the United States of America or rule with Biden and give him the power to force vaccines on Americans.
