Denver Suburbs SUING – 42,000 Migrants!

ILLEGAL ALIENS SWARMING BORDER FENCE

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a new gut-wrenching case of ordinary Americans trying to resist the Biden-Harris administration’s illegal alien invasion of the United States, several suburbs surrounding Denver are considering legal action against Denver and also the state of Colorado over the influx of 42,000 migrants.

The illegal immigrant invasion in Denver has strained local budgets and increased crime rates.

On top of that, these migrants have brought with them the notorious Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua, exacerbating the security concerns in these areas, The New York Post reports.

Recently, the city council of Castle Rock, located just south of Denver, unanimously decided to explore legal measures against Denver, as reported by CBS News Colorado.

This decision is part of a broader movement among Denver’s neighboring suburbs, which are either actively suing or contemplating litigation in response to the ongoing migrant crisis in the state.

These suburbs aim to overturn the policies and laws that have established Denver as a sanctuary for large numbers of undocumented migrants, predominantly from Venezuela.

Local law enforcement, particularly in Aurora and other areas near Denver, has raised alarms that the violent Tren de Aragua gang has followed these migrants into Colorado.

Since their arrival, gang members have spread throughout the state, engaging in criminal activities such as taking over apartment buildings, distributing drugs, and committing robberies at jewelry stores.

“This isn’t just a decision that Denver gets to make. The idea is to join with other municipalities and say it’s time to stop,” explained Max Brooks, a Town Councilmember from Castle Rock, during an interview with CBS Colorado. “

Additionally, the suburb of Parker and the city of Aurora, which has been significantly affected by gang activity, are also investigating potential legal proceedings, as noted by CBS.

In a related development, Douglas County, where Castle Rock is situated, has joined six other Colorado counties in a lawsuit against the state and Governor Jared Polis, a Democrat.

They argue that certain state laws restrict their ability to collaborate effectively with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), thus undermining their law enforcement capabilities.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office highlighted the issue last month by reporting the arrest of 11 alleged car thieves, including three Venezuelan nationals and one Colombian national.

“It is happening; we are having issues here in Douglas County. You know, we are having migrants come in here; there have been instances of crime,” Brooks remarked to CBS, emphasizing the challenges posed by the migrant influx.
