(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – The 2022 Midterm Elections are still five months away, but the Democrats are panicking because they believe Joe Biden may not be up to running again in the 2024 Presidential Election.
In fact, many Democrats are not even sure they want Biden to run again.
Making that point, FiveThirtyEight recently headlined a story, “Americans Are Unusually Lukewarm About A Second Biden Term.” That piece found, based on polling results, that “some Americans don’t believe” Biden will seek a second term.
But, if not Biden, who?
As Breitbart News notes, based on a piece published in The Hill looking at the possibilities to replace Biden, Democrats seem to be pushing forward Vice President Kamala Harris, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) as legitimate contenders.
Still, what do those five — Harris, Buttigieg, Warren, Klobuchar, and Sanders — have in common? They’ve all run for the presidency before — several of them more than once — and were proven to be losers.
Bottom line: The Democrat bench is not deep with winners, and if, as many suspect, Biden doesn’t run, whoever the Republican Party picks as its presidential candidate in 2024 may have smooth sailing right into the Oval Office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington DC.
