Judge to Hunter Biden: No More Excuses!

Joe and Hunter Biden

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – President Joe Biden’s son Hunter has suffered a new legal setback in a paternity lawsuit against him filed by a former stripper in Arkansas after a judge ordered him to appear in court in person.

Hunter Biden is the father of 4-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, whom he had with former stripper Lunden Roberts.

Even though neither Hunter Biden nor his father has acknowledged Navy as a daughter and granddaughter, the First Son previously agreed to pay child support to her mother.

However, in September 2022, Hunter Biden reopened the case claiming poverty and asking for lower child support payments.

Hunter claimed he was “unemployed and had no monthly income” even though he lives in a $12,000-per-month Hollywood rental and drives a Porsche, The Daily Mail has noted. Four-year-old Navy is the fourth of his five children.

The girl’s mother has refused the First Son’s request and has countered by asking the court to give her daughter the Biden family name.

Even though the Independence County judge previously ordered Hunter Biden to provide his financial records, he failed.

Earlier this month, Roberts demanded that the father of her child be sent to jail under he provided the required financial documentation.

In the latest development, over a Zoom hearing, Judge Holly Meyer of the Independence County Circuit Court now ordered both Roberts and Hunter Biden to be personally present in her courtroom.

“From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct,” Meyer told the plaintiffs’ attorneys.

“I will no longer allow us to excuse clients,” the judge warned, as cited by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and The New York Post.

Thus, Hunter Biden must attend the next hearing on May 1 at 9 am.

The judge’s order demanding the First Son’s presence came after the latter’s lawyer, Brent Langdon, declared that a laptop connected with his client and likely containing income tax documents remained in a repair shop.

Langdon was referring to the infamous “laptop from hell” abandoned by Hunter Biden in a Delaware computer shop in 2019, which has ended up in the hands of the FBI and conservative news outlets such as the Post.

The laptop has become the source of multiple shocking revelations about Hunter Biden and the Biden family, ranging from the First Son’s addictions to drugs, alcohol, and prostitutes, to his murky business deals with questionable figures from Communist China, Putin’s Russia or Moscow proxies in Ukraine, among others.

In the back-and-forth between Meyer and Langdon, the judge pressed the lawyer to admit the laptop belonged to his client.

Langdon tried to distance himself from “all that stuff,” saying he was “not in a position to even begin to answer that question.”

The development resulted from a motion filed by Langdon to prevent former President Donald Trump’s adviser Garret Ziegler from testifying in the case. The judge rejected the motion.

Ziegler, who wrote a 644-page analysis of Hunter Biden’s lost laptop last year, is enlisted as a witness in the paternity lawsuit by Lunden Roberts.
