MSNBC: ‘Democrats Saved Your Life;’ Trump Should Be Indicted

Fernand Amandi on MSNBC

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Over the weekend, MSNBC gave airtime to one of its political analysts who said that “Democrats saved your life” and that former President Donald Trump should be indicted for the protest that took place at the United States Capitol Complex on January 6, 2021.

And those are just two of the highly controversial remarks MSNBC analyst Fernand Amandi made during an appearance where he called for the Department of Justice to step in and help the Democrats win the next election.

As Blaze Media recounts in “MSNBC guest claims Democrats are your saviors, says DOJ should ‘help’ Dems win midterm elections: ‘They saved your life’“:

“‘The Democrats have a wonderful story to tell, and I think it could be distilled to something as simple as: The Democrats saved your life. They saved your job. They saved the economy. And now they’re trying to save democracy from a Republican Party that no longer believes [in] it,’ Amandi said.” [emphasis added]

As for the Department of Justice helping the Democrats win the next election, Amandi said:

If the Department of Justice, and the attorney general, Merrick Garland, do not start issuing indictments — not to the frontline of Proud Boys and picnickers of Jan 6 that led an insurrection — but to the perpetrators of the crime: the members of Congress who we now know through text messages were plotters, the ringleaders at the top echelon of the Republican Party, up into including the Republican president, Donald Trump, voters are not going to believe that, they’re gonna just think that it’s political back-and-forth.” [emphasis added]

As of today, MSNBC has not withdrawn Amandi’s remarks.
