(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a bombshell and outrageous revelation of how deep wokeism has infiltrated the US Air Force, the military branch now uses a “data analytics tool” to monitor its “diversity” progress.
The US Air Force’s special analytical tool called “SAF/DI DEIA Progress Dashboard” “exists just to track” how much “diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility” it has achieved, according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller.
The system monitors changes in the percentages of racial minorities and women who enter the Air Force and develop within its ranks, thus evaluating its commitment to DEIA.
“[The] DEIA Progress Dashboard… highlighting and tracking [the Department of the Air Force’s] progress towards addressing racial, ethnic, and gender disparities,” reads a background paper The Caller received through a Freedom of Information Act request.
“The dashboard should be used … as a tool to drive meaningful discussion, reflection, and initiative generation centered around ground-truth facts,” explains the document dated February 28, 2023.
The data analytics dashboard helps identify specific areas among entrances, promotions, retention, and other elements in which the US Air Force faces “disparities.”
“The tool in reference is a progress dashboard which is under development and currently only utilized for internal SAF/DI use,” the US Air Force’s diversity office said on August 30 in a statement provided alongside the requested documents.
The documents reveal that the special diversity tool was developed after, in 2020 and 2021, two Racial Disparity Reviews established that women and racial-ethnic minorities were “underrepresented” in accessions, retention, and career opportunities.
“A disparity exists when the proportion of a racial-ethnic or gender group within a subset of a population is different from the proportion of the majority group subset [or the general Air Force population],” writes the Air Force Inspector General.
The newly disclosed records also showed a second DEI tool at the US Air Force named “the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Diversity and Inclusion Demographics Dashboard.”
The second analytics instrument provides “highly customizable queries of the intersectionality between race, ethnicity, and sex” in different contexts.
Laurel Falls, an Air Force spokesperson, told The Caller that the DEIA dashboard supplements the Workforce Analytics Dashboard, which was set in motion in October 2022.
“This tool provides rapid information to answer queries from all levels across the DAF and empowers leaders to access baseline information regarding diversity,” she said.
