(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – With each passing day, karma is catching up with more and more of the political nitwits of the left who want to destroy police departments across the United States of America with their “reform” and “defund” tactics that are nothing more than thinly disguised code words for abolishing the police.
Here’s another example – we see these almost every week – of a leftist “reform” politician finding out what it’s like to be on the wrong side of a gun as criminals run rampant in the streets of America.
As Breitbart reports:
“Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) was carjacked at gunpoint in Philadelphia and was left unharmed on Wednesday, her office said in a statement.
“Philadelphia Police said the incident occurred at 2:45 P.M. EST on the 1900 block of Pattison Avenue in FDR Park following a tour which included fellow Congress members.” [emphasis added]
Further, according to a local news station:
“Scanlon was walking to her parked vehicle and was approached by two men driving a dark-colored SUV. Both men, who were armed, demanded the keys to her vehicle, police say. They took off with her blue 2017 Acura MDX with license plate LKG-8893. It was last seen being driven westbound on Pattison toward Penrose.” [emphasis added]
Perhaps next time the opportunity presents itself, Scanlon will vote for a significant increase in funding for police at the local, state, and federal levels.
