Respected Pastor Declares Armageddon Coming

Franklin Graham

(TheLastPatriotNews.xom) – World-famous evangelical pastor Franklin Graham is warning that humanity seems to be coming closer to Armageddon due to escalating global tensions because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Rev. Graham mentioned the possibility of Armageddon, which in the New Testament is the final battle between good and evil before Judgement Day, in a Facebook post on Ash Wednesday.

“It seems as if our world is inching closer and closer every day to Armageddon,” he wrote, mentioning the leaders of Russia and Ukraine – Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“We need to pray that God would open up a door for Russia’s President Putin and Ukraine’s President Zelensky to find a resolution to this war,” Rev. Graham added, addressing his 10 million followers on Facebook.

“It will require give and take. No one will walk away a complete winner, but there has to be compromise to bring this madness to an end,” the pastor argued.

“President Biden nor any man is capable of bringing about this resolution without God’s help,” he concluded.

Rev. Graham visited war-torn Ukraine last month, where he delivered the 200 millionth Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift on behalf of the organization that he chairs, the Samaritan’s Purse. Ukrainian Elizabeth Groff and Newsmax anchor Greta Van Susteren accompanied the Evangelical pastor.

“Did you know that the Bible tells us that God loves us and that everyone is special to Him?” Graham asked the 75 Ukrainian children who gathered for the meeting.

“God knows your name. He knows how many hairs that you have on your head. He knows everything about your life — and He loves you! And the Bible tells us that God loves us so much that He sent His Son from Heaven to this earth to save us,” the reverend said.

Friday, February 24, 2023, will mark the first anniversary since Russia’s leader Vladimir Putin sent close to 200,000 heavily armed troops to invade Ukraine from three sides – east, north, and south – in what he thought would be an easy conquest.

Moscow’s potential recapturing of Ukraine, a nation with more population than California and slightly smaller than Texas, would have set it on a course to resurrect the former Soviet empire, which fell apart in 1991 after losing the Cold War to the United States and other Western nations.

The high-spirited, at times utterly desperate resistance of the Ukrainians, aided by the US and allied supplies of top-notch Western weapons, has stopped the march of the Russians and inflicted tremendous manpower and equipment losses on their military, mercenary, and auxiliary troops.
