Sheriff Indicted – Judge ASSASSINATED!

Gavel on a white paper with the word indictment on it.

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – A former Kentucky sheriff has been indicted for the cold-blooded murder of a district judge in Kentucky, a crime that occurred within the judge’s own chambers and sent ripples through the legal community and the public.

In mid-September, the quiet town of Whitesburg, Kentucky, became the scene of a horrific crime that has left the community reeling.

Judge Kevin Mullins, a respected 54-year-old jurist with 15 years on the bench, was gunned down in his own chambers at the Letcher County Courthouse by the county’s former sheriff, Shawn “Mickey” Stines, who now faces one count of murder of a public official.

According to court testimony, a chilling video of the incident showed Stines firing multiple shots at Judge Mullins, who was found unarmed and defenseless in his chambers.

While the liberal media may attempt to downplay the gravity of this situation, the fact that a former law enforcement officer could commit such a heinous act raises serious questions about the vetting and oversight of those entrusted with protecting American communities.

Adding to the mystery surrounding this case, detectives said Stines had called his daughter from Mullins’ phone just before the shooting and made a comment: “They’re trying to kidnap my wife and kid,” to an officer following the shooting.

This statement, combined with the lack of a clear motive, has left investigators and the public searching for answers.

Furthermore, reports indicated that Stines and Judge Mullins had lunch together with others on the day of the incident, showing no signs of hostility.

While Stines has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge, the evidence said otherwise.

The surveillance video, the lack of a weapon found on Judge Mullins, and Stines’ apparent attempts to contact his daughter using both his own phone and the judge’s phone are more than clear.

Stines’ defense team has announced they are conducting their own “parallel investigation,” claiming to have more questions than answers. If convicted, Stines could face the death penalty.
