Teamsters Boss BLASTS Democrats – This Is WILD!

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a striking rebuke of the left, Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien has slammed the Democrat Party for four decades of neglecting the working class.

O’Brien’s critique comes amidst rising frustrations among union members over Democrats prioritizing Big Tech over labor interests.

This discontent reflects a significant political shift: union support for Donald Trump.

During an interview on “This Past Weekend” with comedian Theo Von, O’Brien openly criticized the Democrats’ failure to prioritize labor unions.

He expressed frustration with the Democrat Party’s perceived betrayal, despite the union’s historical support and financial contributions.

The candid discussion marks a noticeable departure from the union’s traditional alliance with Democrats.

O’Brien said, “The Democrats – If 60% of our members aren’t supporting you, the f—ing system’s broken, and you need to fix it.”.

He pointed out that 59.6% of Teamsters members support Trump, while only 34% back Vice President Kamala Harris.

This shift is evidenced by the union’s decision not to endorse a presidential candidate for the first time since 1960, signaling a critical reevaluation of political allegiances.

O’Brien’s dissatisfaction isn’t limited to Democrats alone.

He has clashed with figures from both political parties, including a tense exchange with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and a near altercation with Sen. Markwayne Mullin.

His frustration with political leaders is fueled by what he sees as their failure to adequately support union interests.

“I’ll be honest with you, I’m a Democrat, but they have f–ked us over for the last 40 years, and for once – and not all of them – but for once, we’re standing up as a union – probably the only one right now – saying, ‘What the f–k have you done for us?’” O’Brien explained, cited by The New York Post.

The decision by the Teamsters not to endorse either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump underscores a broader disillusionment.

Historically, the union has backed the Democrat presidential ticket in every election since 1996.

However, O’Brien’s criticisms of the party’s focus on Big Tech – exemplified by his disapproval of California Governor Gavin Newsom’s veto of a bill against autonomous trucking – highlight a growing rift between labor interests and Democratic policies.

Even as a self-identified Democrat, O’Brien voiced doubts about the party’s ability to genuinely represent working-class concerns.

His participation in the Republican National Convention points to a potential realignment, one that might benefit Republicans in key battleground states where union support is pivotal.

“It got ugly because, you know, these politicians, you know, the one thing I’ve learned: They f—ing walk in and they tell you, ‘I did this for you,’” O’Brien said.

“Okay, great. Let me tell you what you haven’t f—ing done for us or our members. And we got into it pretty heavy,” he concluded.
