(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a perfectly justified outburst of resentment shared by patriots, Donald Trump is voicing his outrage over Joe Biden’s decision to commute the death sentences of 37 federal prisoners.

Trump sees this move as a profound betrayal of justice, illustrating yet another polarizing policy difference between the former and current presidents.
In a nation grappling with shifting views on crime and punishment, Trump’s stance remains firm: uphold the death penalty.
Donald Trump denounced Biden’s choice to commute the sentences of almost every federal death row inmate as a grave miscarriage of justice.
Trump argued that Biden’s decision disregards the suffering of the victims’ families, particularly those whose loved ones were killed by the offenders spared by Biden’s clemency.
Among the spared are perpetrators convicted of heinous crimes, including assaults on law enforcement and those involved in lethal narcotics trade.
Biden, adhering to a moratorium he previously set, spared 37 inmates, opting for life imprisonment without parole, although he left three notorious criminals on death row: Dylann Roof, Robert Bowers, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
He justified this choice by pointing to a moratorium on federal executions except in cases of terrorism and hate-motivated mass murders.
Some relatives of the deceased lambasted Biden, feeling their quest for justice was snatched away, while others found relief, viewing the decision as a humane course of action.
Trump seized upon this controversy, reiterating his past expansions of the death penalty and his intentions to broaden capital punishment guidelines if he regains the presidency.
Trump took to Truth Social to express his dismay, stating, “Joe Biden just commuted the Death Sentence on 37 of the worst killers in our Country. When you hear the acts of each, you won’t believe that he did this. Makes no sense. Relatives and friends are further devastated.”
The former president promised to push for the death penalty’s application by the Justice Department against violent offenders as soon as he resumes office.
“As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters,” Trump added.
Biden faced criticism not only from victims’ families but also from political adversaries and law enforcement groups who lambasted his clemency actions.
They’ve accused him of prioritizing criminal leniency over public safety and the justice deserved by victims’ families.
Nevertheless, Biden reaffirmed his opposition to the death penalty, citing moral and experiential foundations for his decisions.
Trump, during his first term, notably expanded the federal death penalty and executed 13 inmates.
He has pledged to expand capital punishment further, targeting offenders such as child rapists and migrants responsible for heinous acts.
