Trump Says Kill Them

( – Former President Donald Trump would expand the use of the death penalty and restore executions by firing squads if elected to the White House again in 2024, a report claims.

According to Rolling Stone, which quotes sources close to Trump, the former president wants to boost the death penalty options and use video to showcase executions to scare drug dealers and other criminals.

“What do you think of firing squads?” Trump allegedly asked some of his close associates before announcing his 2024 presidential campaign last year, according to three sources familiar with the matter.

The sources allege that, if re-elected, Trump would remain committed to resurrecting now-banned execution methods.

According to one of the sources, the 45th President of the United States has considered televising executions and showing those sentenced to death in their final moments.

Two sources told the magazine that Trump discussed firing squads, hanging, guillotines, and group executions.

In doing so, POTUS 45 expressed disdain for his successor Democrat Joe Biden’s soft approach to crime.

One of the Rolling Stone sources allegedly claimed Trump wanted to make a video ad with execution footage.

“The president believes this would help put the fear of God into violent criminals. He wanted to do some of these [things] when he was in office, but for whatever reasons didn’t have the chance,” the source said.

In an email to the magazine, a spokesman for former President Donald Trump denied those allegations.

“More ridiculous and fake news from idiots who have no idea what they’re talking about,” the spokesman wrote.

“Either these people are fabricating lies out of thin air, or Rolling Stone is allowing themselves to be duped by these morons,” he added.

However, the report stated, “Trump’s enthusiasm for grisly video campaigns has been documented before.”

It quoted the claims of a former aide that while he was president, Trump wanted “people dying in a ditch” and “bodies stacked on top of bodies” so his administration could “scare kids so much that they will never touch a single drug in their entire life.”

The spokesman quoted Trump’s 2024 presidential candidacy announcement in his email to Rolling Stone.

“Every drug dealer during his or her life, on average, will kill 500 people with the drugs they sell, not to mention the destruction of families. We’re going to be asking everyone who sells drugs, gets caught selling drugs, to receive the death penalty for their pain,” the former president stated in November.

In a rally in October, he suggested that the report says invited cheers and applause but “has been embraced by some brutal dictatorships.”

“And if [the drug dealer is] guilty, they get executed, send the bullet to the family, and they want the family to pay for the cost of the bullet. If you want to stop the drug epidemic in this country, you better do that… [even if] it doesn’t sound nice,” Trump said.
