(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a statement that has enraged many liberals while finding acceptance among many on the right, Tulsi Gabbard, who recently announced that she was no longer a Democrat, accused Joe Biden of having a Hitler “mindset” while campaigning on behalf of a Republican in New Hampshire this past weekend.
Gabbard, a United States Army Reserve officer and political commentator, who served as the U.S. Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021 and ran for the presidency as a Democrat, made the following statement about Biden and Hitler, as transcribed from a recording by the Daily Beast, while warning the audience that Joe Biden exhibits authoritarian characteristics when he speaks about MAGA Republicans:
“And this is something that is, you know, throughout history, we look at authoritarian leaders and dictators in other countries. I’m pretty sure they all believe they’re doing what’s best. Even Hitler thought he was doing what was best for Germany, right? For the German race. In his own mind, he found a way to justify the means to meet his end. So when we have people with that mindset, well, you know we’ve got to do whatever it takes because, as President Biden said in that speech in Philadelphia, that those who supported Trump, those who didn’t vote for him are extremists and a threat to our democracy.” [emphasis added]
