VIDEO: Kamala’s in TROUBLE

KAMALA HARRIS

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a crucial 2024 presidential election development that could spell major trouble for Kamala Harris, CNN’s political director, David Chalian, has highlighted the significant polling disadvantage she faces against former President Donald Trump among certain demographic groups.

Chalian pointed out that in key battleground states like Pennsylvania and Georgia, Harris trails Trump by a considerable margin among white voters without college degrees—32 points in Pennsylvania and 44 points in Georgia.

This data, shown on a chart during Chalian’s appearance on “CNN News Central,” underscores challenges Harris faces in these areas, The Daily Caller reports.

“If you look at the white voters without college degrees, this is a Trump base constituency, obviously. You see his huge numbers with this group. You see that this is a trouble sign for Harris,” he noted.

Chalian also mentioned Harris’ struggles with white college-educated voters in Georgia, where Trump leads by 33 points.

NBC News national political correspondent Steve Kornacki also shared insights, emphasizing Trump’s resilience in past elections despite trailing in pre-election polls.

“Take a look here at the last two elections, 2020, 2016, the polling at this point coming out of Labor Day, beginning the fall rush,” Kornacki said, speaking to Ana Cabrera.

“In 2016, Hillary Clinton led on average by five points. Of course, Donald Trump won in 2016. And Joe Biden had an even bigger lead on average, Labor Day 2020. Donald Trump didn’t win that election, but certainly in the electoral college, he came this close to doing so, Ana. So Trump has run from behind before, certainly,” he added.

Journalist Peter Hamby also conveyed concerns about demographic shifts that could impact Harris’ campaign during a conversation with comedian Bill Maher.

Hamby observed a worrying trend among young male voters, stating, “This is a real issue for Kamala Harris, though. Like, this could be fatal for her campaign.”

“Democrats need to win 60% of the youth vote to win the White House. Hillary came up short; Obama did it; Biden did it. Kamala Harris is right now at, like, 55% of the youth vote. If she doesn’t get to 60, she could lose the election, and it’s because young men, Gen Z men, are breaking to Trump,” Hamby elaborated.
