Watchdog Exposes Election Interference

( – In a mind-blowing disclosure that should enrage American citizens beyond imagination, a report has revealed that Google “interfered” in US elections 41 times since 2008 for the sake of censoring free speech and propping up Democrat candidates.

In a report, the Media Research Center, a conservative group, highlights that Google’s actions aimed at supporting Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential race, suggesting a pattern that dates back to 2008.

“[Google and its parent company Alphabet Inc.] utilized its power to help push to electoral victory the most liberal candidates … while targeting their opponents for censorship,” the watchdog nonprofit concluded, cited by The Washington Examiner.

It pointed out that Google’s efforts to influence US elections represent a significant threat to American democracy.

“Google’s massive and deliberate efforts to interfere in US elections for the past 16 years is unacceptable and the biggest threat to American democracy today,” stated Brent Bozell, the President of the Media Research Center.

This report emerges amidst preparations for the 2024 elections. It is noted that Google employees have already contributed significantly to President Joe Biden’s campaign.

The report also revisits Google’s past actions, such as the alleged censorship of bloggers favoring Hillary Clinton in 2008 to support Barack Obama and the company’s involvement in Obama’s reelection campaign.

It is noted that then-Google CEO Eric Schmidt endorsed Obama in 2008 and 2012.

“[Google staff was] intimately involved in building Obama’s voter-targeting operation in 2012, recruiting digital talent, choosing technology and coaching campaign manager Jim Messina on campaign infrastructure,” according to a 2016 report by the Tech Transparency Project, a project of the left-wing Campaign for Accountability nonprofit group, and the Intercept.

For the 2016 election, the Media Research Center found that Google concealed search terms – such as “Hillary Clinton crime reform” and “Hillary Clinton crisis” – that could have negatively impacted Clinton, with research suggesting this could have significantly influenced the election’s outcome.

Furthermore, the report accuses Google of censoring Republican voices in 2020 to hinder Trump’s reelection bid, while maintaining close ties with Biden’s administration to combat misinformation, especially concerning vaccines.

Allegations extend to Google’s reported manual blacklisting of conservative publications and targeting their ad revenue, leading to legal actions against the Biden State Department for supporting an unconstitutional censorship scheme.

“Google keeps proving, over and over again, that of all the Big Tech companies it presents the most dangerous threat to democracy. It has gargantuan power and has pledged to use it to achieve its warped culture agenda, starting with our elections,” said Dan Schneider, vice president for the Media Research Center’s Free Speech Alliance group.
