(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – As predictions of coming global food shortages appear to be more and more likely to happen, President Joe Biden, employing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, blames the same man he blames everything on these days.
As Breitbart shares in “White House Warns of Global Food Shortages After Ukraine Invasion“:
“The White House confirmed Monday they expect certain parts of the world to suffer a food shortage as an effect of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
“‘We do anticipate that higher energy fertilizer, wheat, and corn prices could impact the price of growing and purchasing critical food supplies for countries around the world,’ White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday.” [emphasis added]
Psaki went out of her way to say the United States of America would not see food shortages. But, because of supply chain issues, most Americans have already seen bare grocery store shelves on numerous occasions since Biden and Harris took office.
As Breitbart notes:
“Despite Psaki’s assurance that the United States would not suffer a food shortage, the cost of fertilizer, grain, and fuel could have a significant impact on food prices.” [emphasis added]
So, not only could Americans continue to see barren grocery store shelves – something most Americans never expected in their lifetimes – what food is on the shelves could continue to skyrocket in price.
Bottom line: Presidents are expected to solve problems, not blame everyone else – in this case, Russian President Vladimir Putin.
