Will Trump’s Inauguration End Up Like Reagan’s in 1985?

(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Meteorologists have dropped a bombshell: President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration is set to be the coldest since Ronald Reagan’s in 1985, with temperatures plummeting to a bone-chilling 21°F.

As over 200,000 attendees brave the elements, they demonstrate their unwavering support for Trump’s return to power.

The upcoming inauguration on January 20th is set to be a testament to American fortitude.

Meteorologists predict temperatures will feel like a mere 11°F at noon, with wind chills potentially dropping into single digits.

The weather during Trump’s inauguration will be starkly different from the mild 42°F during Joe Biden’s 2021 inauguration.

Despite the harsh conditions, the turnout is expected to be massive. Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela Smith affirmed the city’s readiness, stating, “We’re prepared…No city handles large scale events better than D.C.”

The Weather Channel predicts a high of 26°F with lows in single digits and winds up to 20 mph.

If the weather forecast is accurate, the upcoming inauguration will be the coldest since Ronald Reagan’s second inauguration in 1985.

That year, the swearing-in ceremony took place indoors, and the parade was canceled.

That day, the temperature at noon was only 7 degrees, with wind chills dropping to between -10 and -20°F.

“We stand again at the steps of this symbol of our democracy — well, we would have been standing at the steps if it hadn’t gotten so cold,” Reagan stated. “Now we’re standing inside this symbol of our democracy.”

This year, security measures have been heightened for the 250,000 ticketed guests, with thousands more expected to watch from a distance.

The inaugural lineup includes patriotic performers such as Carrie Underwood, Lee Greenwood, the Village People, Kid Rock, and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Unafraid to stand with Trump, these artists represent the boldness and independence that defines the MAGA movement.

National Weather Service meteorologist Brian LaSorsa stated, “We’re going to have dangerously cold temperatures with low wind chills. We’re looking at winds about 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts 25 to 30 miles per hour.

He added, “When you combine that with the very cold air temperatures, that’s what’s going to cause the dangerously low wind chill values.”

“It’s going to be very, very cold,” LaSorsa continued. “Our average high for what it’s worth is in the upper 30s, so we’ll be well below average for this time of year.”

While former President Barack Obama is set to attend, Michelle Obama’s absence is notable.

As Trump prepares to sign approximately 100 executive orders after his inauguration, he is clearly ready to hit the ground running and undo the damage of the past four years.
