(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – Stunning the world, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced during a televised interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper (yes, we despise mainstream media CNN and Jake Tapper, but that is where Zelensky made his worrisome statement) that he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin might unleash nuclear weapons against Ukraine in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
The statement, which you can watch in the video a bit further down this post, comes on the heels of Putin recently having his airforce fly a nuclear bomber directly over the border between Russia and Ukraine in what many military analysts believe was a threat and a warning.
When Tapper asked Zelensky, “The director of the CIA warned that he’s worried Putin might use a tactical nuclear weapon in this fight. Are you worried?” Zelensky responded”
“And not only me, I think all over the world, all the countries have to be worried. Because, you know that it kind of be not real information, but it can be the truth because when they began to speak about one or another battles or involves enemies, or nuclear weapon, or some chemical, you know, issues, chemical weapons, they should do.”
Zelensky added:
“They could– I mean, they can. For them, life of the people is nothing. That’s why we should think, not be afraid. I mean, that not be afraid, be ready. But that is not the question for to Ukraine, and not only for the Ukraine, for all over the world, I think so.”
Bottom line: Zelensky believes the world needs to be prepared that Putin might very well deploy nuclear weapons against Ukraine. If so, it is hard to believe the United States and its partners in NATO would not retaliate against Russia.
