(TheLastPatriotNews.com) – In a new eyebrow-raising, mind-boggling moronic claim, Joe Biden stated climate change is “more frightening” than a nuclear war, while those who doubt global warming are “lying, dog-faced pony soldiers.”
You can watch a video of Biden’s outrageous statements further down this post.
Biden’s comments on climate change vs. nuclear war occurred during his recent visit to Vietnam after the G-20 Summit in India.
The president’s trip to Asia was just before the 22nd anniversary of 9/11, which he marked only with a stop at a US military base in Anchorage, Alaska.
“The only existential threat humanity faces even more frightening than a — than a nuclear war is global warming going above 1.5 degrees in the next 20 — 10 years,” Biden told reporters at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hanoi over the weekend.
“We’re — that’d be real trouble. There’s no way back from that,” the president elaborated in his remarks, as cited by Breitbart News.
He dwelled on how the G-20 tackled global warming, including through a hydrogen pipeline from South Asia to Europe.
“And so, there’s a lot we can do in the meantime. For example, that — that pipeline — that railroad we’re talking about going across from the middle — from India, throughout the Middle East, and to — across the Mediterranean and all through Europe, that’s going to have a hydrogen pipeline there,” Biden said.
He noted that the hydrogen fuel would “significantly reduce the amount of carbon emitted in the air.”
“[However,] it costs a lot of money to put that down. And the world is going to say it’s in our interest — collective interest to do it,” the president said.
“Did you ever think you’d be sitting at a G20 conference where everyone was preoccupied with the notion of global warming? Not a joke. Did you ever think that?” he asked the reporters.
At that point, Biden attacked those who doubt climate change with a quote from a John Wayne movie in which an Indian scout calls a Union trooper “a lying, dog-faced pony soldier.”
“Well, there’s a lot of lying, dog-faced pony soldiers out there about — about global warming, but not anymore. All of a sudden, they’re all realizing it’s a problem. And there’s nothing like seeing the light,” the president declared.
